I'm proud to support or be a member of these past projects and events

LOCAL
Matlock Town Team is a group of independent traders who simply want to tell you how amazing their town really is! Made up of dedicated and hard working independent traders, the Team work hard to promote local business and their focus is to make Matlock a better place to shop

I've also given just a little support to the Hereditary Breast Cancer Helpline and hope to do so again while wishing Wendy Watson, Becky Measures and all the team the best of luck in raising even mor awareness for such a fantastic cause and great achievement.

OUT OF THE UK

Many of the manufactures I deal with in business are based in Northern Italy, and because of this I make regular trips to the Reggio Emilia (R.E.) area to visit suppliers. Over many years of travelling through R.E. I have met many wonderful people and become friends with both suppliers and local characters in the region. One such place is a town called Guastalla, and it's neighbour at nearby Gonzaga. More recently we're delighted to be associated with and promote the Societa Per La Valorizzazione Culturale e Turistica di Guastalla.

ITALY
As well as supporting culture and tourism in Italy I've also tried to offer support more locally and recently made efforts to sponsor the 'Penny Farthing Race on 11th Sept, 2011. The event involved an hours racing in Hall Leys Park at my home town of Matlock, which attracted visitors from all over Derbyshire. More importantly, the event raised over £1000 for Aquabox 

I'm looking forward to working with the team to put on a great show at Matlock Festival. Normally held in the beautiful Hall Leys Park in the centre of Matlock

SPORTS

Well done to the Junior Team at Matlock Golf Club and an enjoyable presentation night. It was an honour to sponsor the event and work with the club during the 2013/14 season. On the final day we were able to place banners on the site and we're delighted to have supported the youngsters during the game.

And I've supported Matlock Rugby Club, both with the supply of equipment and providing kit, training tops and hoodies at both the Club and for various tours that included Pisa, Florence, Malaga and Paris

MUSIC

I've tried to help a few local musicians, you can see more details here. These are not just musicians but good friends too, and it's great to see them gig - it's their passion simply to perform
